31 Mindful Moments in May
Each day in May, Rise Retreats will share one moment to be mindful, to connect with God, carve out sacred space in your day and to nourish your body with moments of stillness.
We are inviting you to reflect and respond to our task each day, by taking a photograph of your mindful moment and sharing it on your personal social media feed or story using the tags #31mindfulmoments and @riseretreatsau. We will be posting each day directly onto our Facebook and Instagram and Lauren will share a short welcome LIVE at 8am each day.
It was important to us that the daily practices be short and, in a way, effortless. Many of us are feeling stretched and anxious right now, some juggling families and working from home.
Carving out sacred space for yourself to connect with YOU and God is often difficult.
Our prayer is that these simple practices each day will allow you to feel connected, nourished and at peace in your day.
