Each retreat provides daily prompts, spiritual practice guides, meditation guides, readings from scripture and movement suggestions to help you retreat in the comfort of your own home.
Each retreat includes:
- Simple prompts each week, based on a particular theme. These can be done daily, a few at a time, or all in one session.
- Short reflections on Scripture
- Scripture meditations
- Guided prayer times
- Prompts to engage your body/senses
- Prompts to reflect and write/draw
- Prompts to explore your creativity
Each prompt can be completed in as little as 5-10 minutes, or can take as long as you wish.
