At Home Retreat

Our At-Home Digital Retreats offer simple, practical ways to nourish your body and engage in spiritual practices – to pause, rest and retreat in the midst of daily life.

Each retreat has been lovingly designed to help you create daily or weekly rhythms of rest in the Spirit’s restorative presence.

Learn from our team of spiritual directors and faith leaders, health and wellness practitioners on how to get moving and care for our bodies.

Each retreat provides daily prompts, spiritual practice guides, meditation guides, readings from scripture and movement suggestions to help you retreat in the comfort of your own home.

Each retreat includes:

  • Simple prompts each week, based on a particular theme. These can be done daily, a few at a time, or all in one session.

Prompts include:

  • Short reflections on Scripture
  • Scripture meditations
  • Guided prayer times
  • Prompts to engage your body/senses
  • Prompts to reflect and write/draw
  • Prompts to explore your creativity

Each prompt can be completed in as little as 5-10 minutes, or can take as long as you wish.

A love note from Joy

This retreat came just at the perfect time for me as am immersed in the (beautiful) chaos of change; moving, packing and getting ordained!
It was just the stillness and time out I needed to replenish and come close to God as she came close to me.
